U.S. service members gather to pay tribute and commemorate U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jeffrey A. Borchers during a remembrance ceremony in front of Borchers Gate, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 12, 2024. During the ceremony, Marines presented three lei to represent the Marine Corps’ values of honor, courage, and commitment.
