U.S. Armed Forces members from the Command and Control office facilitate communication during the Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Operation Empower Health 2018 exercise in Savannah, Ga., May 7-19, 2018. Operation Empower Health 2018 was comprised of a joint force providing medical, dental, optometry and veterinary care for the community. The IRT is a U.S. military training opportunity that provides real-life deployment training and readiness for military personnel while addressing public and civil-society needs.
