National Guard March 2026 SITREP
National Guard Bureau
March 31, 2026 | 3:12
The National Guard delivered for the nation throughout March, supporting homeland operations, strengthening warfighting readiness, and reinforcing global partnerships. Guard members supported ongoing operations in the Middle East, executed complex aerial refueling missions, and trained in extreme environments to enhance combat effectiveness. They also responded to wildfires and severe weather at home, while strengthening emergency response capabilities alongside civilian partners. These efforts extended overseas, where Guard members trained and competed with allied forces, reinforcing interoperability and enduring partnerships around the world—demonstrating the continued commitment of the National Guard’s 430,000 Citizen Soldiers and Airmen.
