Operation Continuing Promise is a mission in which the United States military works with host nations to provide humanitarian assistance and execute civil-military operations alongside various partner nations within the Caribbean and Central and South America. Anica Barrie, the mother of a surgical candidate tells us about her son and his condition. We also hear from volunteer Chrisceler Sylvester and observe U.S. Navy Capt. William Todd giving advice to medical students from Ross University in Dominica, who were also volunteers for the mission.
