The Strength Maintenance Training Center course, held at the Professional Education Center on Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Ark., Sept. 9 - 27, 2019, builds on the experience recruiting and retention NCO’s have learned in the field to prepare them for senior leadership.
