Medal of Honor recipient, former U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Second Class and now retired U.S. Army National Guard Col. Donald E. Ballard arrives at Branch Health Clinic Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Jan. 16, 2026.
