What is Go SLO?

Go SLO stands for Safes, Locks, or Outside the home.

  • Safes: Store firearms in a gun safe or locked cabinet.

5th QMTADC conduct sling load training

U.S. Soldiers, assigned to the 5th Quartermaster Theater Aerial Delivery Company (5th QM TADC), 39th Transportation Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, with support from a 12th Combat Aviation Brigade C-47 Chinook Helicopter crew, conduct sling load operations at the 7th Army Training Command’s Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Sept. 13, 2016. The 5thQMTADC packs parachutes and temporarily stores and rigs up to 50 short tons of supplies and equipment for Airdrop by the Army, Air Force, or other services. The unit also provides personnel and aerial delivery support to United States European Command and United States Africa Command areas of responsibility and on order deploys Soldiers and equipment in support of contingency operations.
