Spc. Steven Vice, a signal support systems specialist with 2nd Battalion, 104th Cavalry Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division and 2nd Lt. Nicholas Glascock, a transportation officer with the 721st Transportation Company, 213th Regional Support Group describe the work they and other members of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard are performing at the railhead in Yermo, California Aug. 20 to prepare tactical vehicles used during annual training at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California for movement back to Pennsylvania.
