Michigan Guard Team Competes at Biathlon Championship

Michigan National Guard Biathlon Team members compete at the Chief National Guard Bureau Biathlon Competition, held this year at the Mount Itasca Winter Sports Center in Coleraine, Minn., from Feb. 28-March 5, 2025.  The annual competition is held in one of three host states, Minnesota, Utah and Vermont, and is open to National Guard members in all 54 states and territories.

Soldier Teaches Sign Language to Deployed Troops

Soldier aids crash victims on drive home

A vehicle is wedged under an overpass off of I-35 in Minnesota after it crashed Aug. 20, 2021. Minnesota National Guard 1st Sgt. Christopher Reed, the joint operations center noncommissioned officer in charge and first sergeant of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 34th Red Bull Infantry Division, helped the two passengers, who were OK.
