Mission: The National Guard, as a community based organization, will develop and provide educational opportunities for its soldiers, airmen and civilians in all categories of educational preparedness. JAC is able to follow the full training circle. The Training Technologies Branch develops and integrates emerging training and education technologies and concepts for use in National Guard Domestic Contingency response operations. The Lessons Learned Branch is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing and disseminating information in partnership with the JFHQ-S and NGB Staff. Followed by the Doctrine Branch, who publishes the fundamental principles that guide the employment of the National Guard in coordinated action toward a common objective.
