A self-contained, mobile trailer for aircraft maintenance parts, tools, and personnel. The goal is to reduce the airlift required to support fighter operations and sustain operations on a smaller scale in more austere locations. Proposed by two Technical Sergeants from the California Air National Guard, they pitched their MX trailer idea to Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force, Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, and Mark Cuban at the Air Force Spark Tank in February 2019 and it was well received and is now awaiting resources to flow from Air Force Spark Tank.

This project has become well known by other MAJCOMs and has garnered much interest in partnering together on developing a prototype. Air National Guard Innovation has submitted this project into the next Small Business Innovation Research round so a prototype can be rapidly produced. AFWERX is doing some deep vendor research on potential manufactures that could apply to a future solicitation.
