U.S. Army Sgt. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 317th Engineer Construction Company, 863rd Engineer Battalion, 416th Theater Engineer Command and members of the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion-14 of the U.S. Navy Reserve, help build a road on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. The joint operation is part of the Innovative Readiness Training program which provides real-world training opportunities for service members and their units to prepare them for their wartime missions while supporting the needs of America's underserved communities.
