Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division supports Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Training as the engineering agent that operates, maintains and builds upon the Navy Continuous Training Environment, the backbone that enables Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training and interconnects fleet training participants and units. The NCTE network, an IP-based telecommunication suite that provides voice, video, audio and a number of software programs and systems that provide the fleet with a common operational picture, allows America's warfighters to train like they fight.
