U.S. Marines with 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, Airmen with the 353rd Special Operations Wing, and Japan Self-Defense Force personnel practice the recovery and transport of casualties from a simulated crash site off the coast of Okinawa, Japan, during exercise Rescue Flag 25-1 Okinawa, Jan. 22, 2025.
