U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 468th Engineer Detachment from Danvers, Massachusetts and the Miami-Dade Fire Department extracts a mannequin from debis during a confined space scenario at the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Urban Search and Rescue Training Site, in Miami-Dade, Fla., Jan. 10, 2018.
