First Response to Oil on Pensacola Beach, Part 2
Minnesota National Guard
June 24, 2010 | 1:46
Florida Fish and Wildlife uploaded the information it received on the flight to the command center in Mobile, Ala., and the clean-up effort was immediately started. First heavy machinery cleaned the beach. Then the tedious process of picking up the smaller pieces of oil began. Also see “First Response to Oil on Pensacola Beach, Part 1” in the B-roll section and “Mr. Rich Marti”, "Mr. Bryan Schoonard" and “CW4 Jay Burke”, in the Interview section. Produced by Spc. Johnny Angelo. Also available in high definition.
