U.S. Army Soldiers, currently stationed at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, competed in a basketball game against U.S. Navy Sailors, currently stationed aboard the USS Porter (DDG 78) deployed in the Black Sea Region, Aug. 13, 2019 in Constanta, Romania.
