Coast Guard Pacific Strike Team members stationed in Novato, Calif., contain several oil leaks aboard a cargo ship in Alaska June 6-14, 2013. The PST is recognized as expert authority in the preparation for and response to the effects resulting from oil discharges, hazardous substance releases, weapons of mass destruction events, and other emergencies.
