Naval Museum Hosts a Re-Enlistment Ceremony
Naval History and Heritage Command
Dec. 18, 2018 | 0:54
The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a re-enlistment ceremony this morning in its Great White Fleet exhibit area. CS3(SW) Matthew Poole, assigned to the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) re-enlisted in front of members of his command and his family. The museum's gallery and the decks of the USS Wisconsin (BB 64) are both popular venues for military ceremonies for area commands; and are available through the museum at without cost. To inquire about a military ceremony, contact their Special Events Coordinator at Thomas.Dandes@navy.mil or at (757) 322-3106. This video was produced utilizing photographs taken during the ceremony, along with footage available on DVIDS. (US Navy Video by Max Lonzanida/Released)
