Preparing 6,000 meals for troops on ground. Catering meals for three separate special events on post and keeping the chow halls fully staffed and operational. For most people, situations like this would be a living nightmare, but for the employees of CIBUS food services solutions operating at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center they just refer to it as Friday.
