Mr. John Hark has been the Emergency Management Director with Hannibal, Missouri and Marion County, Missouri for more than 40 years. He shared his experience with the Missouri National Guard during flood relief operations.
Missouri Army National Soldiers from the 35th Engineer Brigade’s 1438th Engineer Company (Multirole Bridge Company), the 1-129th Field Artillery and the 3175th MP Company assisted in filling and laying sandbags May, 29 in Hannibal.
