U.S. Navy Seabees, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, First Naval Construction Divison, and Thai building contractors pour cement in each pillar site to provide support for the multipurpose building being constructed at Ban Piang Elementary School in Chiang Mai Province, San Pa Tong District, Kingdom of Thailand during Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13) on Jan. 23, 2013.
