The University of South Carolina recognizes Military Appreciation Day during the Univ. of SC versus The Citadel football game. Veterans were honored during the halftime production by USC President Harris Pastides and athletics director Eric Hyman. Honorees pictured are Sergeant First Class Tracy Blakeney, Major Mark Foster, Captain Matthew Delk, Brig. Gen. Jim Chow, and Maj. Gen. Robert Livingston Jr, the Adjutant General of South Carolina. The halftime tribute finished with a four-ship F-16 flyover from the 169th Fighter Wing of the SC Air National Guard at McEntire Joint National Guard Base.
