The 153d Airlift Wing Change of Command Ceremony, where Col. Justin Walrath will relinquish command to Col. Barry F. Deibert on July 11, 2020.

Deibert has served as the maintenance group commander since August 2018. He joined the Wyoming Air National Guard in 1986. Prior assignments have included serving as an enlisted avionics system specialist and later commissioning as a pilot with the 187th Airlift Squadron.
