Glicerio Doloritos, disaster relief officer, Bohol province, Philippines, discusses the importance of urban search and rescue training during San Francisco Fleet Week 2014.
The event gave Marines an opportunity to work side by side with the San Francisco fire department
and members of Philippine disaster response agency. The focus of the training was to improve
interoperability among domestic and international local, state and federal agencies.
