Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) personnel and multiple Department of Defense organizations work alongside one another to operate the Fair Park drive-thru Community Vaccination Center in Dallas, April 5, 2021. Through a federal validation process, it was determined that military servicemembers could assist FEMA in its national COVID-19 vaccination efforts.
