Episode 1- Enlisted AGR SRB gives information about the transition of AGR Enlisted Record Brief to the new and updated Soldier Record Brief. In January 2017, the Army Reserve began transitioning to the new record brief format in accordance with the rollout of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army, or IPPS-A as it is commonly referred to.
