In coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, The Pennsylvania National Guard's Task Force Support and the 252nd Quartermaster Company delivered over 17 pallets of Meals Ready to Eat, or MREs, into the Philadelphia on April 13, 2020. Over 28,000 meals where delivered. Pennsylvania National Guard transportation units are assisting the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services to deliver meals to various distribution centers across the state. Their mission normally includes providing both perishable and semi-perishable general supply, retrograde support, petroleum supply, water supply support and shower and laundry services to supported units.
