Welcome Ceremony Co-Op 99 Members

On Feb. 2, 2021, MG Viet Luong held a Welcome Ceremony for the Co-Op 99 members and their sponsors at U.S. Army Japan Headquarters in Camp Zama.
During the ceremony MG Luong and MG Tatsuo Tarumi gave words of encouragement and wisdom to the participants and their sponsors in order to succeed in the military. The Co-Op 99 members and their sponsors had the
opportunity to introduce themselves and talk with the official party about their upcoming challenges.
