CPT counsels 1LT on a 10 month OER while he served as a platoon leader. 1LT receives a poor rating from the CPT but concurs with the rating. This video provides examples of how to conduct a systematic review of the OER, a way to deal with objections and concerns during a review, and offer encouragement and orientation on future performance requirements.
