Members of the Virginia Army National Guard’s 229th Brigade Engineer Battalion create their first pop-up food distribution site Hanover, Virginia, Wednesday, May 6, 2020. The mobile food distribution project was an innovation created by Guard members and the Fredricksburg, Virginia food bank due to an 800% increase in demand do to COVID-19.
