KALAELOA, Hawaii - U.S. Army Sgts. Durana Amoncio, left, and Sgt. In preparation for Hurricane Lowell, the Hawaii National Guard is positioning personnel, equipment and high-wheeled vehicles on Kauai to be ready to respond as requests are received.
