HONOLULU, Hawaii - Students assigned to the 130th Airlift Wing’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package, or CERF-P, practice applying tourniquets on each other during the first day of the Armed Forces Advanced Trauma Training at the Hale Koa Hotel, Aug. 18, 2026.
