Moreno Valley, California - U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Matthew Lynn and Maj. Angelo Tapalla, 196th Attack Squadron, California Air National Guard, review the tactical scenario details during Reaper Smoke, March Air Reserve Base, Calif., April 23, 2025. The 163d Attack Wing hosted 26 units for Reaper Smoke after winning the competition in 2024. Reaper Smoke is an enterprise-wide competition that highlights the skills and advancements within the community to further the MQ-9 Reaper capabilities in real time.
