JOINT BASE CAPE COD, Mass. - U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Khoa Lam, a member of the 102nd Medical Group, performs life-saving care during a Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) training exercise on Camp Edwards, Joint Base Cape Cod, Massachusetts, April 4, 2025. During the “Tactical Field Care” phase of the TCCC Tier II training, Airmen were expected to stabilize the patient by managing massive bleeding, airway obstructions and other life-threatening injuries before evacuating.
