JOINT BASE CAPE COD, Mass. - U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Austin Anacki, a member of the 102nd Medical Group, applies a tournaquet onto a live role player during a Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) training exercise on Camp Edwards, Joint Base Cape Cod, Massachusetts, April 4, 2025. During the “Care Under Fire” phase of the TCCC Tier II training, Airmen underwent a simulated combat situation and were expected to respond to a wounded member while under enemy fire, focusing on quickly removing the casualty from immediate danger.
