AMUNDSON-SCOTT SOUTH POLE, Antarctica - A LC-130 Skibird takes off from Amundson-Scott South Pole Station after being repaired on the open skiway. A maintenance team of National Guard Airmen from New York, Kentucky and Pennsylvania flew in to repair the aircraft.
