Pineville, Louisana - The Louisiana National Guard's Sgt. Kennedy Chapman, the assistant combat medic sustainment program director demonstrates how to properly apply a SWAT-T (stretch, wrap and tuck) tourniquet to a simulated wound on a fake training K9 during a K9 Tactical Combat Casualty Care Course at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La. on Jan. 28, 2022. The K9 TC3 course was part of a 10-day medic sustainment course for medics to recertify their National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and CPR certifications.
