MADISON, Wis. - 1st Lt. Nick Sinopoli, a pilot with the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 147th Aviation Regiment, designed a visor controlled by handheld devices that can simulate obscured visibility to train pilots how to transition from visual to instrumental flying.
