MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A West Virginia Air National Guard C-17 Globemaster III aircraft launches from Shepherd Field, Martinsburg, W.Va., March 24, 2020, to pick up two Disaster Relief Bed-Down Sets in Puerto Rico and return them to Mansfield, Ohio.
