St. Albans, West Virginia - Maj. Christopher Parker, Executive Officer for AITEC’s CBRNE Battalion, speaks on the role of the West Virginia National Guard's Army Interagency Training and Education Center deployment in response to Hurricane Michael Oct. 11, 2018 at the St. Albans Armory in St. Albans, West Virginia. Twelve AITEC Soldiers will assist the National Guard Coordination Center in Washington, D.C. for nine days providing subject matter expertise in disaster response to leadership at the National Guard Bureau.
