Ohio Guard engineers on flood duty

Portsmouth, OH - Soldiers of the 1191st Engineer Company and members of the city of Portsmouth Flood Defense Division use a skid steer loader to maneuver a steel beam into place as they erect floodgates in Portsmouth, Ohio, Feb. 19, 2018. The 1191st erected two floodgates at breaks nearest the Ohio River, which are a precautionary measure in response to flood waters on the river that are more than five feet above flood stage.
