S.C. National Guard helps police in ice storm

Rock Hill, S.C. - Soldiers with the South Carolina National Guard help assist Highway Patrol with vehicle recovery during a snow storm in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Jan. 17, 2018. The Soldiers were on standby for any calls received by the Highway Patrol of vehicles that become stuck, abandoned, or blocked access to the roadways.
