Pa. National Guard helps in Erie after massive snowfall

Harrisburg, PA - Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf thanks members of the state National Guard in Harrisburg, Pa., the state capital. Wolf activated the Guard on Dec. 26, 2017, to assist civilian authorities in Erie County, where more than 5 feet of snow has fallen in recent days.
