N.M. Guard bolsters communications in Puerto Rico

Vieques, PR - National Guard Soldiers from New Mexico finish assembling a satellite communications system on the roof of the military police headquarters in Vieques, Puerto Rico, on Dec. 1, 2017. Soldiers brought the system to the island to enhance communications between Army units stationed on Vieques and those back on mainland Puerto Rico.
