Air Guard joins Army Guard in California wildfire response

Santa Rosa, CA - California Army and Air National Guard members joined forces late October in the Northern California wildfire recovery effort. Air Guard units from the 146th (Channel Islands), 129th (Moffett Air Base Field, San Jose), 144th (Fresno) and 163rd Security Forces Squadrons (Riverside) continued operations that the Army Guard started at the peak of the fires early to-mid October. Shown: 1st. Sgt. Antonio M. Delgadillo, first sergeant, 149th CBRN Company; Senior Master Sgt. Johnny Gatlin, operations superintendent, 146th SFS; Capt. Charles B. Rogers, 129th SFS; and Tech Sgts. Phillip Jung and Michael Sepielli of the 163rd SFS.
