St. Thomas, VI - Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Ryan Culp, air transportation specialist with the 161st Air Refueling Wing in Phoenix, Arizona, operates a forklift to offload pallets of food and supplies at Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Sept. 15, 2017. 161st ARW personnel joined Airmen assigned to the 133rd Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and 146th Airlift Wing in Camarillo, California to manage air operations at the storm damaged airport in St. Thomas in the wake of Hurricane Irma.
