St. Croix, Virgin Islands - Members of the 164th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Tennessee Air National Guard, and a U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class aviation warfare specialist, load Federal Emergency Management Agency emergency rations onto a UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter at an air terminal near St. Croix’s airport, Sept. 9, 2017. In a joint effort, Soldiers, Airmen and Navy members moved personnel and tremendous amounts of cargo from St. Croix to St. Thomas and St. John to aid Hurricane Irma recovery relief.
