Kentucky and Miss. Airmen set up air hub in Houston

Houston, TX - Airmen from the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Contingency Response Group, augmented by Airmen from the Mississippi Air Guard, offload 45 tons of support equipment from a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston on Aug. 30, 2017, in support of Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. The 49 Airmen established an air cargo and aeromedical evacuation hub to facilitate the safe evacuation of medical patients and the arrival of humanitarian assistance.
