Jefferson, WI - Engineers from the Wisconsin Army National Guard remove debris from roadways affected by flooding in the Town of Jefferson, Wis., Aug. 1, 2017. Twenty Soldiers from the Wisconsin National Guard's 229th Engineer Company and Company B, 173rd Brigade Engineer Battalion, conducted debris removal missions in the Towns of Jefferson and Portland, Wis., Jul 28 to Aug. 1 after heavy rain that soaked western Wisconsin.
